01 Introduction & Acknowledgement

Btbt bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between btbt bet and its users ("you" or "player").

Each individual may register only one account on btbt bet. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any stored funds may be forfeited.

• Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Full KYC verification is required before a withdrawal can be completed.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to our support team immediately.

04 Deposit & Payment Policy

Btbt bet supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally instant, though some payment methods may take 5–15 minutes to process.

• Minimum deposit: 200 BDT.
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved options.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly — at least one bet must be placed first.
• Third-party payments are not permitted; all payments must be made from your own account.
• In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, your account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Btbt bet is committed to ensuring fast and secure withdrawals. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in certain cases for verification purposes.

• Minimum withdrawal: 500 BDT.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the event of suspicious transactions.

06 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Btbt bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming. Any misuse of bonuses will result in the forfeiture of the relevant amount.

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit; 30x wagering requirements apply.
• Reload Bonus: Extra bonus on weekly deposits — subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Cashback: A cashback reward is paid at a set rate on your weekly net losses.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses is strictly prohibited.

07 Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on btbt bet are determined by an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no possibility of tampering with any game result, and btbt bet does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is set and publicly disclosed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, btbt bet's decision will be final.
• In Sports Betting, official results shall be considered final.
• btbt bet reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair and safe environment on btbt bet. Violations will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or AI.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment or unsportsmanlike conduct toward other players.
• Falsifying information to pass KYC verification or committing identity fraud.

09 Responsible Gaming

Btbt bet places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment, and we are committed to supporting every player in keeping it that way.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to restrict your account for anywhere from 24 hours to permanently.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your btbt bet account at any time. Equally, btbt bet reserves the right to close any account in the event of a terms violation.

• If you voluntarily close your account, your verified balance will be returned.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts dormant for more than 12 months.

• Your information is never sold to any third party.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact the btbt bet support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of contacting the support team.
• Complex matters are targeted for resolution within a maximum of 14 business days.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties may agree to appoint a neutral mediator.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Platform's licensing authority.
